As we live through the lens of Ayurveda, tabundant.earth, no magical curehere are no fixed or rigid rules to follow. Ayurveda is not something to do, it is a way to be in the world.

Ayurveda’s greatest gift is –  the practice of  living a conscious life – by  observing & living with the change of seasons  & bio-rhythms of nature,  changing  habits and  lovingly caring for ourselves on a daily basis through moderation.

Ayurveda is not limited to the body, though at first Ayurveda is accessed through the body as a means for living healthy. We first learn to love ourselves then it overflows into all that we do.   It starts with;  how we begin each day, it invites us to think about what we put in our body,  what we think about, and how we think. It asks us to truthfully ask if we are fulfilled in our daily work? Do we believe in something larger outside of ourselves?  In short it is woven into all aspects of life & death and everything in between.abundant.earth, ayurveda

Ayurveda is; my family’s patch of organic garden which in turn is  our doctor, our supermarket, our guru, our love, our prana. In right relationship with our plants and herbs, they enable our family to walk in the footsteps of our ancestors in a time where a deep connection to our earth, animals, plants,  and water served to heal  ailments, and maintain vitality and steadiness.

Ayurveda has; shows me how to; touch, laugh, walk barefoot, cry and speak to the plants and herbs. Savouring moments of observation and presence which has awakened  the  immense knowledge of healing potential in our plants,  which  in turn serves to  imbibe health and happiness.

Ayurveda has; reignited my awareness that all is  ALIVE & consciousness. It supports my yogic journey, aiding my body to be strong and balanced for the immense energy required to follow the Yogic path.

The ancient ones, show us that;  in the same way we need to keep our body temples clear and steady in order to awaken to our full potential, it  is  also the way for our plants and herbs.  for all that is alive & vital upon our earth, also must be awakened so in turn the potential is activated by those who use them.abundant.earth,unfolding from winter

We must keep our lands free from anger, from chemicals, from harm, from violence and fear.  Everything is energy,  absorbed and  conditioned by environment.  When we have  access to a home, herbs, water and food grown free of environmental toxins,  harmoniously and consciously, cultivated in the same way, there is  remarkable potential for healing and awakening.
